I believe in being transparent about costs from the beginning. Investing in specialist psychological support is a significant step, and I am committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based care tailored to your specific needs.

15- minute Discovery Call
A brief, no-obligation chat to ensure I am the right fit for your needs and to answer any initial questions.

Full Clinical Assessment (60-90 minutes)
Before we begin our work together, a comprehensive assessment is required. This allows us to collaboratively generate a clear understanding of your current difficulties, your history, and your goals. By doing this, we ensure that your therapy is not off the shelf, but is specifically tailored to target your main difficulties and provide the most effective path forward.

Standard CBT Sessions (50 minutes)
Available for both adults and young people (online only).

These sessions are for parents/carers only. They provide a space to discuss progress, learn specific CBT strategies to use at home, and understand how to navigate neurodivergent "spiky profiles" without the young person present (50 minutes)

If you require a formal summary report for a school, GP, or other professional body, these are billed based on the complexity and time required.

To confirm your booking, payment must be received at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.

I understand that life is unpredictable and sometimes plans need to change. However, because I reserve a specific time for you and cannot usually fill that space at short notice, the following policy applies:

As a therapist, I don't just work during our 50 minutes together. My fee covers the clinical preparation, the secure storage of your records, my ongoing supervision, and the specialist training required to provide neuro-affirming CBT. When a session is cancelled late, these costs remain. Your commitment to this policy helps me keep my practice open and available for those who need it.
Due to local NHS partnership restrictions, I cannot offer private sessions to under-18s with a Buckinghamshire GP. If this applies to you, please contact your GP for local pathway support.
I offer a 10% discount for Blue Light card holders and full-time students. Note: This discount can be applied if the primary bill-payer holds a valid ID/card, including parents or carers paying for a child’s therapy.
