A Space to Be Yourself

Traditional therapy often asks neurodivergent adults to fit into a box. In our work together, we throw the box away. I provide a neuro-affirming, trauma-informed space where you can explore your mental health without the pressure to mask. Whether you have neurgivergance or not, this is a safe space to be your true self. 

Whether you are seeking support for Anxiety, OCD, PTSD, or Depression, we will adapt evidence-based CBT to work with your brain, not against it.

What Makes This Different?

  • No Masking Required: You are welcome to stim, use fidget tools, or look away while we talk. We focus on your comfort, not social norms.
  • The 'Spiky Profile' Approach: We start by identifying your unique strengths and sensory needs. We don't just look at problems; we look at how your environment and your brain interact.
  • Sensory-Friendly Sessions: For online sessions, cameras-off is always an option if you are experiencing sensory overload or burnout.
  • Collaborative Goals: You are the expert on your life. I am the expert on the psychological tools. Together, we build a toolkit that feels sustainable and respectful of your energy levels.

What We Can Work On Together:

  1. Understanding Your Nervous System: Learning how to move from "survival mode" to regulation.
  2. Managing Intrusive Thoughts: Specialized CBT for OCD (including ERP) adapted for neurodivergent processing.
  3. Trauma Processing: A safe, step-by-step approach to healing from PTSD or past experiences of not being understood.
  4. Executive Functioning & Burnout: Practical strategies to manage the "mental load" and recover from autistic or ADHD burnout.
