Transforming Lives Through Specialist CBT

I provide evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy tailored to the unique needs of adults, children, and teenagers. My goal is to help you understand your patterns and build a toolkit for lasting change.

I provide specialist support for a wide range of emotional and behavioural challenges. Whether you are looking for help for yourself or your child, we will work together on:

• Anxiety Disorders: Navigating the "what ifs" of Generalised Anxiety (GAD), Social Anxiety, and Panic Disorder.

• Specific Phobias: Overcoming intense fears of specific objects or situations (such as animals, needles, vomiting, or heights) through gentle, step-by-step bravery challenges.

• Child-Specific Fears: Helping children manage Separation Anxiety and school-based stress.

• Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD): Using specialised  ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) to break the cycle of intrusive thoughts and compulsions.

• Trauma & PTSD: Providing a trauma-informed space to process difficult experiences and regain a sense of safety.

• Depression: Building motivation and finding ways to re-engage with a meaningful life.

How we work together

Because every person and every family is different, I offer flexible ways to access support online:

• 1:1 Adult Therapy: A private, confidential space for those 18+ to work through personal challenges.

• 1:1 Youth Therapy: For older children and teens who feel comfortable speaking with a therapist independently.

• Parent-Supported Sessions: For younger children or those who feel more secure with a parent or carer present. I often work "with the system," empowering parents with the tools to support their child’s progress between sessions.

• Parent Consultations: Dedicated sessions for parents/carers to discuss strategies and support their child's mental health journey
